RCR Ignited — Protocol White Paper

RCR Ignited is a group of non-custodial, fully on-chain membership protocols on BNB Chain. Any company can add a tokenized membership layer to its product: its users lock a flat $300on the company's own front-end, the commitment is recorded on-chain, and the network rewards the people and companies who grow it with Ignited NFTs — which, at the $1B activation, share in perpetual LEMX emissions.

RCR never holds a dollar of user funds. Once the contracts are live, no one — not even the team — can change them. The protocol is built to run itself.

Loyalty is hard. RCR turns it into ownership: a company gives its users a membership to opt into, and in doing so becomes a stakeholder in a shared token economy that compounds as the network grows.

Every new company and every new lock pushes the ecosystem toward its $1B activation — the moment LEMX emissions begin flowing, forever, to everyone holding Ignited NFTs. The earlier and faster a company grows, the more it and its people earn.

RCR is non-custodial, decentralized, and white-label. Each integrated company runs locks on its own public front-end under its own brand; RCR powers the contracts underneath. Every balance, lock, NFT, and reward is verifiable on BNB Chain — the team never holds user funds.

The contracts are immutable. Once deployed there is no operator and no admin able to alter rewards, freeze balances, restrict transfers, or claw anything back. The only human role anywhere in the protocol is onboarding new companies — everything after is autonomous. No company or individual, RCR included, controls the protocol or its NFTs.

Group rollups, milestone distributions, and total-lock accounting are all built into the smart contracts — computed and enforced on-chain, with no off-chain ledger or operator doing the math. This dashboard simply reads what the contracts already calculate.

LEMX is the ecosystem token, hard-capped at 50M — 30% (15M) held in a bonded treasury that never circulates, leaving ~35M functional supply. Its tradeable float is deliberately thin: the large majority of the NFT allocation is held in long-term collateral positions, marketing dribbles to market over ~10 years, and RCR locks for years more. So demand from a growing lock base meets a shallow open market, and price reflects real scarcity rather than emission.

One lock, one price: a flat $300, fixed at the moment of lock. Dollars locked therefore equal lock count × $300 — the LEMX amount that $300 bought is irrelevant to the dollar figure.

A company qualifies at $1M in locks; the ecosystem activates at $1B in total across all protocols. Every lock pulls LEMX out of the tradeable float, tightening supply as adoption grows.

Ignited NFTs are earned, never bought — minted through delivery and activity, and held only by the 7 titlesbelow. Once earned, minting unlocks on the holder's dashboard; at activation, staked NFTs share in monthly LEMX emissions for as long as the protocol exists.

Issuance is one-way and irreversible. The moment an Ignited NFT is minted it is out in the world — in the holder's own wallet, freely theirs to keep, transfer, or sell. There are no restrictions and no take-backs: no operator, admin key, or company — RCR included — can recall, freeze, or alter it, even if it wanted to. Once it's out, it's out.

When a company hits $1M, three parties earn at once: the Ambassador who landed it (25 NFTs + $1.00/lock), the company itself (25 NFTs), and the nominating Sponsor (5 NFTs). Rewards then keep stacking as locks grow:

• +1 NFT per $5M a company locks — to the Ambassador and the company.
• +1 NFT per $10M of total group volume across the companies you refer.
• Rollup (1 level): your direct nominees' companies count toward your group — you earn alongside them.
• +25 NFTs for each additional company you (or your company) refer to $1M.
• Dev / Support earn 25 for landing a company directly, or 5 for helping onboard one.

H.E. Dr. Fahed Merhebi holds a global override: $1.00 on every RCR lock, on every protocol, in perpetuity — built into the protocol, never paid by users. Every reward above is calculated and paid by the contracts themselves.

A Holding Pool of 2M LEMX is pre-funded at deployment and released to the Distribution Pool on an immutable milestone schedule the team cannot change. From activation, the Distribution Pool emits 1/60th of its balance every month, forever, to staked Ignited NFTs — a perpetually decaying-and-replenished stream.

Every member traces to a nominator, forming a genealogy with H.E. Dr. Fahed Merhebi at the top. New Ambassadors are nominated by any Founding Ambassador or Ambassador and confirmed by 50 NFT-votes. Lineage drives the rollup rewards — when your downline grows, you grow — and, like everything else, it lives on-chain.

Protocol-level decisions require a 66% super-majority of Ambassador votes, weighted by Ignited NFTs held and recorded on-chain. Nominations confirm at 50 NFT-votes. Power follows contribution, not capital.
